**1. Introduction**\
Wind is migrating to a custodial wallet system to enhance security and improve user experience. By using Wind’s custodial wallet, you agree to the following terms regarding the management and accessibility of your funds.

**2. Custodial Wallet Management**\
Wind will securely store and manage private keys on behalf of users. This means:

* Wind will facilitate transactions and ensure seamless access to your funds.
* Your funds remain in your control, and you can withdraw them at any time, subject to compliance and security checks.

**3. Security and Access**

* Wind employs industry-standard security measures to safeguard your assets.
* Unauthorized transactions due to user negligence (e.g., sharing login details) will not be covered by Wind.

**4. User Responsibilities**

* You must ensure your account details are up-to-date.
* You agree to comply with all regulatory requirements and verification procedures.
* You are responsible for ensuring your activities comply with applicable laws.

**5. Fund Withdrawals and Transfers**

* Withdrawals and transfers are subject to compliance checks and processing times.
* Wind reserves the right to temporarily restrict transactions for security or regulatory reasons.

**6. Updates to Terms**\
Wind may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the custodial wallet implies acceptance of any.
